Elizabeth's Legacy of Hope Carol Service has launched a fundraising campaign, show your support with a donation!
Elizabeth's Legacy of Hope Carol Service
This year will be our Fifth Carol Service - again at St Bride's, the spirtual home of Journalists and the media; situated in Fleet Street.
We would be delighted if you would join us; sing Carols, and listen to beautiful music sung by the amazing choir of St Bride's, and enjoy readings from our readers, often high profile figures - over the years Joanna Lumley has read for us, as has the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, journalist Matthew Parris, and House of Commons Speaker John Bercow.
Your support at this event will be hugely welcome; without you we can't do what we do for the vulnerable child amputees in very poor parts of the world we exist to help. These children are some of the loneliest children in the world; simply because they can't get to school. We want to change that for them. We will tell you how we are progressing; so you know how your valuable money is being spent.
And after our service, we will have minced pies and mulled wine!
We don't have a fixed ticket price, but would ask that instead you do kindly consider a donation; please be as generous as you can. If you would like to donate now, please click here to donate.
Thank you. This form, is however, for you to reserve your seat. This event fills up - don't leave it too late! See you there!
And - FINALLY - please take a moment to listen to Elizabeth's Legacy of Hope's very own Christmas Carol - Today our King is Born - written by ELoH founders Sarah and Victoria when they were 10 years old; and arranged for performance by Composer William Drew-Batty. Children and Friends of ELoH's Trustees are pictured below, singing this for the first time at St Bride's last year. Enjoy!
